Each event is themed, including the Fringe Festival, Summer, Halloween and Christmas.
During Fringe in July, there will be Pop-up ‘Taster’ performances under the flyover on the Parade (entrance to Indoor Market) every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
There will be craft beer, a pop-up bar and delicious street food from around the globe, including Caribbean, Asian and Korean.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy the ambience of market dining and be treated to a menu of fresh dishes plus drinks in the covered casual dining space.

The market which is steeped in history dating back to the 12th century, already opens to the public from Tuesday to Saturday, selling an ever changing mix of goods, produce and street food. For four days this year it will be open on Sunday for a speciality market.
