MARKET CHARTER

Watford Borough Council hold the Market Charter for the local area. 

The council, as the operator in possession of market rights, is entitled to control the holding of other market activities within six and two thirds miles of Watford Market as the authorised Market.

This means that anyone wishing to hold a market within six and two thirds miles of Watford Market (Watford House Lane, Watford, WD17 1BJ) must ask permission of Watford Borough Council.
